Working at Epiphany has been one of the most formative experiences of my professional and personal life. More than a boutique, Epiphany is a faith-driven business built on generosity, community, and helping women feel confident in who God created them to be. Every aspect of the store—from the carefully curated collections to the customer experience—is rooted in a mission to serve others and give back.
Since joining the team, I have had the privilege of working closely alongside owner and mentor Charlsie. Her leadership, vision, and commitment to honoring God through business have shaped my understanding of what it means to lead with purpose. Through her mentorship, I have grown not only as a retail professional but also in my faith, learning how creativity, service, and business can work together to make a meaningful impact. Being part of Epiphany has reinforced my passion for building authentic relationships, serving others well, and creating experiences that make women feel seen, valued, and confident.
ABOUT EPIPHANY
As General Manager and Senior Personal Stylist, I oversee both the operational and creative aspects of Epiphany's Athens and Monroe locations. My responsibilities span leadership, merchandising, buying, e-commerce management, and client styling, allowing me to contribute to nearly every stage of the customer journey.
In my management role, I lead daily store operations, oversee team development and training, manage scheduling and inventory processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience. I am also responsible for maintaining and managing Epiphany's online store, including uploading products, creating collections, merchandising, and updating the website.
As Associate Buyer, I work alongside owner Charlsie to select merchandise for both store locations, attending Atlanta Apparel Market to identify trends, evaluate products, and curate collections that align with Epiphany's brand identity and customer needs.
Creatively, I direct in-store visual merchandising, designing displays, styling mannequins, creating seasonal presentations, and developing cohesive merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience and support sales goals.
As a Senior Personal Stylist, I provide one-on-one styling appointments for clients seeking wardrobe refreshes, event styling, gameday looks, professional attire, and everyday outfit solutions. Through personalized consultations, I curate looks that reflect each client's lifestyle, personality, and goals while helping them feel confident and empowered.
This role has allowed me to combine my passions for fashion merchandising, brand management, visual storytelling, customer experience, and leadership while making a meaningful impact on both the business and the women we serve.
