Hi, I'm Estella (Ella) Arnold! I'm a 21-year-old retail leader, stylist, and creative with a background in Fashion Merchandising and over five years of experience in the fashion and retail industry. Currently, I serve as the General Manager and Senior Personal Stylist at Epiphany, where I have the opportunity to blend creativity, strategy, and relationship-building every day.

In everything I do, I strive to put God first, honoring Him through the gifts and opportunities He has given me. Fashion has always been more than clothing to me—it's a way to tell a story, build confidence, and help people feel like the best version of themselves. I believe style can be a powerful tool for self-expression and encouragement, and I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences that leave others feeling seen, valued, and confident.

I love finding ways to blend creativity with strategy, whether through visual merchandising, personal styling, buying, e-commerce management, or brand storytelling. Throughout my career, I have gained hands-on experience in retail leadership, customer service, merchandising, social media marketing, and buying, all of which have strengthened my ability to connect with people and bring ideas to life. I thrive on creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and finding innovative ways to serve both customers and businesses through fashion.

Outside of work, I enjoy creative hobbies that allow me to continue working with my hands, including needlepoint, sewing, and embroidery. These crafts have deepened my appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the artistry behind fashion and design.
